Volunteer Roles

 

We’re looking for a treasurer to help us effectively manage our finances.

As treasurer you’ll have an essential role in planning and accounting for our finances to ensure the long-term sustainability of our charity.

You’ll gain valuable skills and experience in the financial management of a charity. The Treasurer is responsible for the effective financial management of our charity, which is key to ensuring that we are able to carry out our work. This is an unpaid, voluntary role.

This role is home-based and the flexible time commitment is 1 or 2 hours per week.

All activities are voluntary, although we will pay all out-of-pocket expenses with prior agreement, in line with our Volunteer Policy.

Senior Planning Volunteer, CPRE Cambridgeshire and Peterborough

If you are interested in protecting our Cambridgeshire and Peterborough countryside, then join us!  We’re looking for volunteers to help us monitor and respond to planning applications and consultations in our county.

You should have an interest in the countryside and an understanding, as a result of professional experience, of the planning system.  You will be supported and supervised by our team, induction training will be provided by National CPRE and you will have the opportunity to attend other events as appropriate. 

This role is home-based and the flexible time commitment is 2-3 hours per week.

All activities are voluntary, although we will pay all out-of-pocket expenses with prior agreement, in line with our Volunteer Policy.
